Having spent all my youth playing cricket at a respectable level I felt the next step in my career was in the fitness industry. This lead me to completing a level 2 fitness instructor course at Brockenhurst college, 2 years later I qualified as a level 3 personal trainer who specializes in strength and conditioning training. I have developed my training methods through a combination of learning, research and my own personal exercise experiences. My clients will receive varied training techniques no matter what their goal may be, in order to achieve their goal and better themselves.

Since retiring early from my football and coaching career due to injury, having been involved with two professional clubs, I chose to transfer my love of fitness and sport into the personal training industry.
